Orders Placed:
We use each person's own online choice when totalling up an order - it is therefore each person's responsibility to ensure they have selected the size and colour of shirt they would like as we cannot accept returns or swap hoodie (colour or size) if you have wrongly selected. If you do, for any reason, mis-order, please contact us as quickly as possible and, IF WE CAN, we will amend the order for you.
Artwork
It is the responsibility of the organiser to approve the artwork before printing or embroidery begins. We cannot be held responsible for any mis-spellings or artwork mistakes once this has been approved.
Customers providing logos, names or specific artwork confirm that any materials supplied do not infringe any UK laws. The customer confirms that any logos supplied are done so with the full knowledge and permission of any parties with proprietary or trademark rights and that any personal names are supplied with full consent of the persons named (or the consent of their parent/guardian if they are under 16).
Changes to Artwork
Any changes to artwork MUST be brought to our attention prior to artwork being approved. Any changes requested after the artwork has been approved may not be possible or may incur further costs. We accept no responsibility for any accidental loss or damage to artwork supplied.
Changes to Nicknames
Just Leavers Hoodies may refuse to print nicknames deemed to be expletives or inappropriate for use on a school-branded item of clothing. In this case, the individual orderer will be contacted to request a change of name or offered a refund. What constitutes inappropriate is at the discretion of Just Leavers Hoodies.
Pricing
Just Leavers Hoodies reserve the right to change prices and to do so without notice. Prices are quoted inclusive of VAT and delivery. Prices charged will be those in place at time of confirmation of order. Special offers are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time.
Delivery:
Delivery will normally be made within 15-20 working days from the closure of online shops (subject to final artwork approval having been received) to all UK mainland addresses. Some remote addresses and Islands may require a few extra days. Just Leavers Hoodies can accept no responsibility for delays beyond their control.
Force Majeure:
Just Leavers Hoodies are not liable in any way for any failure or delay in supply or delivery or for any damage or defect to goods supplied or delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond its control.
Shortfalls / quality issues:
Any shortfalls or quality complaints must be notified in writing to Just Leavers Hoodies within 48 hours of delivery.
Washing instructions:
All washing & care instructions of the garments supplied by Just Leavers Hoodies must be strictly complied with.
Payment:
Unless with prior agreement from Just Leavers Hoodies payment is to be made in full by each individual at the time of placing the order. In the event that minimum quantities are not met once a shop closes, we will contact the organiser to discuss the situation and may require an additional surcharge to proceed with the order.
Title:
The title of any goods purchased shall not pass to the customer until payment in full has been made to Just Leavers Hoodies.
