Designs
Q: What does a 'single colour print' mean?
A.
Our prices include a one-colour print on the front and rear of each hoodie. This print will be in WHITE ink on all colours of
hoodies. If your school logo is multi-coloured, we may be able to embroider it on the front of the
hoodies free of charge although for more complex hoodies there may be a small additional cost.
Q: Do we all have to have the same hoodie style and colour?
A.
No, we realise that everyone may want to choose their own size and colour so that’s what we let you do. Your order can be made up of ANY combination of the different hoodie colours and sizes that we offer - or you can limit it to certain colours (for example your school colours) if you prefer.
Q: Do we all have to have the same design?
A.
Yes, due to the large set-up costs and time involved in production, each hoodie must have the same front and rear design.
Order
Q: How long does it take?
A.
Your online shop will be open for a period of time agreed with your organiser. Generally this is between 6-8 weeks. Once it closes (and once all artwork has been fully signed off by the organiser), we will process and deliver the entire order at once, a process that takes approximately 2-3 weeks.
Q: Do we have to order a minimum number of hoodies?
A.
Due to the time required to set up our print equipment etc, we do require a
minimum order of 10 hoodies to process a first order. We will have based the pricing in your online shop on an ANTICIPATED order amount and may have to apply a small surcharge if the expected number of orders is not met.
Q: Some of us would like Nicknames, do we all have to have them?
A.
Nicknames can be requested on individual basis meaning that not everyone has to have one. These cost an extra £3.75 each and can be specified when ordering your hoodie in the online shop - if chosen, your nickname will replace the word LEAVERS on the rear of your hoodie.

Q: How do we pay?
A.
Our online shop provides a quick, secure way to pay via either credit card or paypal. You can even ask someone else (Mum? Dad?!!) to pay for you - simply forward the link to your shop's web address and make sure they know what you want!
Q: What is included in the price of our hoodies?
A.
Our prices are per hoodie and are fully inclusive of all design work, set-up, printing costs and VAT. Prices are based on a single-colour print on the front and rear of each hoodie, with delivery via courier included FREE OF CHARGE.
We even offer a free service of labelling EVERY INDIVIDUAL hoodie with the
orderer's name - something few companies will do for you (and will probably
charge you for it if they do), but we know how difficult it can be to make sure everyone gets their correct order otherwise!

Q: What other leavers products can I buy?
A.
As the name suggests, we specialise in Just Leavers Hoodies - it's simple, quick and easy. We could offer you a whole world of different clothing and trinkets but why would you want that - a Just Leavers Hoodie will wash well, travel well and keep you warm for years to come!
Q: What sizes do the hoodies come in?
A.
Our hoodies are all a unisex fit with approximate sizes shown below. Please note, these are a guide and "to fit" sizes, not the physical dimensions of the garments.
Small: Approx. 36-38" Chest
Medium: Approx. 40" Chest
Large: Approx. 42-44" Chest
X-Large: Approx. 46" Chest
REMEMBER: Our hoodies are a "relaxed" fit, rather than fitted. Please use these sizes as a guide - if you are unsure what size to order please check with the organiser or give us a call on 020 7183 6239 and we’ll be happy to talk you through the size guide.
Re-ordering
Q: I didn't order first time round, can I get a hoodie now?
A.
Due to the set-up costs of processing an order, it is not always simple to produce one-offs or small volumes. If you missed out first time round, we MAY be able to re-open a shop if there is sufficient interest but please be warned that the less hoodies being ordered at a time, the more expensive they become. The simple solution - make sure you get your order in first time!!
